Ashland has plenty of small shops down town for shopping, and lots of choices for dinning out. Not far from Mansfield or Wooster OH. where you can find more shopping and dinning opportunities. Loudonville is just 20 minutes away and has many recreational choices; canoeing, camping, horse back riding, go-carts and a free street fair just to name a few.
      Ashland was the birth place to a few well know people; NASCAR driver – Tim Richmond, Stock Car Driver – Rusty McClure, Major League Catcher – John Roseboro, Major League Pitcher – Ed Wells and Author, actress – Jessica (Sekely) Canseco.

Most of our units are pet friendly.
2 pets maximum and of coarse there are additional charges.
There is a $50 per pet, pet fee due before moving in,
and an additional $45 per month, per pet rent.

DEPOSIT

All units require a deposit (equal to one months rent)
